The Last Journey, hence, transitioning into the Spiritual Realm, does not have to be a stressful time. Many years of supporting people in their transitioning lead me to believe that setting the stage and being fully attuned with a dying soul greatly impacts the end-of-life experience. I feel privileged to walk this End-of-Life path with each individual and once invited on the journey, I can support you or your loved one and the family as well. PLEASE NOTE: The best Transitioning experience can be rendered when the invitation to this journey comes early on and when it comes from the person themselves. Most people wait too long to take action. Often that means that one misses out on most if not all preparation and closure ceremonies.
